Complaint about Ticket Selection
Ordering tickets to see Micky Flanagan in Birmingham at the Barclaycard Arena on the 18-5-17 back in November last year anyone would think that is plenty of time for the tickets to reach us! They sent a 'don't worry we haven't forgotten your tickets' email two weeks before adding 'they can arrive up to the day of the event' message. With numerous emails sent and £269 spent a long awaited birthday present is looking decidedly impossible! Even an online chat did not answer any of my numerous questions. A conversation I've captured on my phone. I believe this company is based in Spain but I don't understand how they can be allowed to 'sell' tickets when they obviously have no intention of delivering the goods. There is no phone number to contact them on and have sent email after email. I'm absolutely disgusted by the way this company have dealt with the situation and they shouldn't be allowed to trade not only in this country but the rest of the world!! We are so disappointed that words cannot describe. It sickens me that there are people out there people out there with one thing in mind, their own pockets at the detriment of other human beings!! We have exhausted all avenues of communication but to no avail. We are left with a hotel room but no reason to serve it. We are left deflated at modern society how one company's greed is another's misfortune! We are left feeling utterly deflated and completely disappointed. Something needs to be done about ruthless online companys like this one!!
