Complaint about BodyCare

Made a purchase from the Intu store Derby on Friday 19th of personal items . I was asked whether I wanted a bag i said no ill pop items in my bag. She told me the total of the items I paid and the surley .rude young lady slammed the receipt down on the counter. I said you need to learn some manners and the response i received was HUH...and NO eye contact throughout the whole transaction.I am BEYOND,BEYOND FURIOUS. I have been a customer since you opened years ago. I have endured the evelasting queues as the store is always busy. You never ever receive an apology for being kept waiting. I dont know any of the team even though some have been there for a long time because the team do not interact with the chstomer ever. Most stores you go in on your second visit they acknowlege you not them. I understand the team are busy and customers are not the easiest to deal with,but i was polite and waited patiently to be served as there was no queue. The customer in front of me was treated curteously and the receipt handed to her which ends the responsibility of the receipt being lost by the customer as i have been a store manager in high volume store i would not tolerate such behaviour.
