I just recently came back from a 7 day holiday in hurghada Egypt after booking through love holidays agent. All paperwork received etc and everything seemed in place ready to jet off. Finally arrived only to receive a boring room looking at back off buildings with broken shower unit and a unlockable patio door in our room.. this is not what I paid for.? I upgraded to the best room front sea view front face. When we checked in we found that most of the sea view rooms were not even built yet and love holidays didn't concur with the hotel to let them know I upgraded to sea view instead we got the worst room. When I tried to tell them this is not what I paid for they had to wait until the office of loveholidays were open next day before they can confirm my voucher was not a fake...by this time we couldn't relax 24 hrs later into our holiday. We also found that they couldn't put us in a sea view because what rooms they did have were booked up because no information received from love holidays. Also love holidays should of mentioned on there advert or don't sell rooms they can't stand by as the whole one side of this hotel..jasmin palace resort is still undergoing building work. It can only cater for half the capicity and not easy to get a room change when there due to over booked.
