Complaint about Credit Perfect

I had an unexpected payment go out my bank account, I called my bank and they confirmed it was credit perfect and that i need to contact them as they can't pull it back. I dont understand why this payment has gone out my bank and im not happy this payment has gone out my bank account. I did not confirm for credit perfect to do this and i was not aware of them doing this until i got a notification from my bank that it has gone out. I am really annoyed as this has now affected my other direct debits and would like a full refund.
