Complaint about Ticket Selection
I bought tickets in Nov'16 for Bruno Mars in Dublin on the 29th of April'17. My two daughters had booked flights to come from Liverpool and Bristol for this concert. Right up until the day Ticket selection assured me that i would receive my tickets. Needless to say this never happened. Now they are not answering my emails or when i go on the live Chat the operators are telling me that its not their department so they cannot help...that refunds take time they need to check the facts..!! In other words they are not helping me at all and i am as a result £250 down. As i paid by debit card my bank have to try and get the money from the company...DISGUSTING how they are still able to operate...
