Complaint about Credit Perfect

Looking to see if I could get a loan for a new car.received a text message from credit perfect.filled out form to see if I was eligible. NO payment details were on site,needed card details for verification (apparently) to continue.they couldn't help so no further correspondence was entered into.I just received a message from my bank saying my account is overdrawn (foundation account that can't go overdrawn, but that's another complaint). Credit perfect withdrew £14.99,not authorized. Been to bank,they said it happens a lot with this company(so why pay them).,help please(you have posted his name and address,which will help as a last resort)
