Complaint about DPD

I requested a parcel be delivered to the local contracted parcel shop in order for me to collect in person, they wouldn't give me the parcel because the addressee detail was my e mail address name (internet order ), but very helpfully contacted their DPD rep who said he would arrange collection and re delivery to my address, but DPD sent the parcel back to the consignee in Rotterdam, i have been waiting three weeks for my parcel.

Hello Robert. I am very sorry that somebody did not get back to you sooner. I'm afraid that the item has now been returned to the sender so we would be unable to get this back out to you. If you would like to claim for the delivery charge then the sender can can contact us regarding this . I am very sorry for the issues that this has caused and for the delay in response

We would have loved to have been able to get this back to you but once a return to consignor has gone through, we are unable to override this on the system.
