Complaint about Currys PC World

I recently started noticing money coming out of my credit card and had no idea what it was for. When I investigated further I found out it was for product support for a TV I bought from Currys in 2015. When I called Currys to complain and demand my money back because I did not consent to this they told me there was nothing they could do as the purchase happened over three months ago. The person I spoke to said I signed a contract and the first three months was free. that too was a lie as I don't remember even having this conversation when I bought the TV and they started charging me the product support the following month after the purchase. I am absolutely disgusted with how this matter has been dealt with and how Currys can just take money from people in this way.
