Complaint about EHIC Direct
I was charged by EHIC direct for a service that is free on the NHS. As it is the first first website to come up on a search engine, it was the first website that I clicked on. I used an iPad to complete this service, therefore I did not see the disclaimer that was put on the website. On the website the disclaimer stating non - affiliation with the NHS or Department of Health was made purposefully discreet on the side so that applicants would not see it. Any charges taken are ineligible for a refund 14 hours after making an application.
