Complaint about Wren Kitchens

We had a kitchen installed by Wren kitchens in April 2016. Very happy with the service in store, through to design and the final installation. However 2 of the appliances, which together cost over £1000 have just stopped working and as they are over the 1 year warranty period I am being forced to pay more money for the protection plan from the manufacturer to get the issue resolved. Wren have said the appliances are not covered by them or their guarantee however I feel that Wren should take some ownership for appliances that malfunction after a year or two and not just wash there hands of it.

Hi Jeffrey, I understood that you had had a response from the warranty team, and had subsequently been sent a claims form, which is being assessed. The claims team only deal with claims, so wouldn't be the correct department to handle your case relating to the Microwave. I have asked the warranty team to assess their position and update you accordingly. Regards, Adam
