Complaint about Harveys Furniture

I ordered a modular sofa costing over £2000 and my mu took this out on finance for me. Harvey's were updated on the address that this was to be sent to but still attempted delivery to my mums address over 40 miles away. I had removed my old furniture leaving me nothing to sit on. I am a career for a friend who lives with me that has aggressive arthritis and a fractured back at present. Harvey's has left us in a very uncomfortable position whilst off work as there is nowhere for her to get the rest she requires. They feel an offer of £50 will compensate this and the loss of earnings I have had for taking the day off not to mention the future day off I will have to take and also phone bill I will have to pay for for the 4 calls made to them to try and resolve this. They are rude on the phone and have terrible customer service. I will not be returning to Harvey's again
