Complaint about Keter
I recieved the large storage box in good time but realised the lid was broken. After recieving an email saying a replacement was on its way, I waited but the spare lid didn't arrive. I have since contacted Keter several times but have only recieved the automated reply. I am beginning to think Keter is not the company I had at first thought it was. It would be nice to think that there has been some sort of mix up.
