Complaint about ArrowXL
Ordered a patio set from Very on 22/04/2017, I have had 4 "attempted" delivery dates, got the usual text telling me it has been dispatched from they're Warehouse. But every time I've waited home for them, it hasn't turned up, I phone them up, only for them to tell me they couldn't deliver as they have't got the full patio set,(HOW CAN THEY DISPATCH SOMETHING THEY HAVEN'T GOT?) They even had the cheek to say that they wouldn't charge for the £10 delivery fee, which was nice considering they didn't deliver anything. I'm currently waiting for the 4th "attempted" deliver, which was due between 13:15 and 15:15. it's now 19:50 and i haven't heard anything from them, WHAT ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICES, Talking of which, i always seem to get cut off when i finally get through to customer (NON)services. I'm still waiting for my patio set...
