Complaint about viagogo
There is no customer support, or helplines to speak directly to someone regarding my issue. I brought 4 tickets. Sold two. There was no information what address to send my tickets to via UPS. I clicked on report a problem, in hope it would direct me to a help page with support of this. Instead, it has taken down my 2 tickets to sell, offering my buyers replacement tickets, but I will not receive my £352.00. I have called the helpline, in which I cannot speak to anyone directly. There is no clear email. Very disappointed.
