Complaint about viagogo

I ordered 5 tickets to Cirque du Soleil from them, as a special treat for my mother who is 80 this year. The site state guaranteed satisfaction. When I selected the day we wanted to attend the site started flashing, claiming that only 1 % of the tickets still remained and that there were only 5 tickets available. I checked this later on other sites and of course it was a complete fabrication intended to make the customer rush so as not to miss out on the tickets. The show is at a venue I am not familiar with so when I saw on the website that it stated the seats were in the most popular section and were the best seats in that section I assumed that this was factual and that the seats would be good. As this was a special outing for my mother that was my main concern. I went through with the transaction assuming I would be given the seat numbers at the end. The transaction went through and there was no advise as to where the seats were. I was a bit concerned as I needed to ensure that the seats were easily accessible so I contacted Viagogo straight away. At first I received what seemed to be a stock reply to my questions. Finally I did get a response, with Viagogo claiming that they did not know where the seats were. My question to that was that if they did not know where the seats were then how could they claim that they were the best seats in the most popular section. After a number of emails, many more from me than them as quite often they chose not to bother to reply, they told me that in almost all event venues the upper tier is considered as premium seating as you have a clear view down over the main stage. I did receive the tickets and the first thing I did was check the location of the seats at the venue. The seats are right to the side and right at the back - hardly what anyone would describe as premium seating. Then I looked at the face value of the tickets - $76.73. I had paid over $158 for each ticket. I went back to Viagogo and questioned how these could possibly be the best seats in the most popular location when they are located far to the side and far back. They have not really answered that but have just stated that they do not refund tickets and the only option open to me is to relist the tickets. So that they can make more money out of them by charging someone else exorbitant booking fees. Now they are not even replying to my emails. I am laying a complaint with the Commerce Commission in New Zealand as I believe what they are doing is fraudulent, deceptive and misleading.
