Poor customer service and poor quality

Complaint about Bikini Box

I placed a order with this company for two bikinis worth about 90.00 I would never normally spend this but decided to treat myself delivery promised 5-10 days , I ordered on the 6 may and have only just received items on the 27th may , after looking on the internet I learned that this happened to many other too and they also complained about poor quality , I tried messaging them on instagram and they blocked me , then I emailed them 3-4 times asking them to cancel my order and not despatch and complained about service , I have not received any communication from them regarding this matter and now am struggling to get a returns address to send them back upon recieivjbg them they do not look of great quality my Ones from primary look better so am really disappointed, I have reported them to action fraud as I don't think it's fair they treat people like this , now I am hoping to return and receive my refund so this nightmare can be over with
