Unresponsive, took money but no login!

Complaint about Oplex Careers

I paid for a course and was notified that I would receive login details but nothing arrived. I sent messages to the company but again, no response. This company seems to care more about collecting money that responding to complaints and I no longer trust them to deliver the course I paid for. In the internet age, whenever we make an online purchase online, I believe it is reasonable to expect a prompt response to enquiries or at least, to have a system in place to automatically progress from payment to enrollment - as most other efficient, reputable learning organizations seem to be able to do. Looks like I've wasted my money on this organization and I feel that others need to be aware of how they treat new students
