Complaint about Rancom Security

On Thursday the 25th May we suddenly had the fire brigade arrive at our home to say we had a fire.This information was because of a fault with the alarm system. We have tried since then to contact Rancom Securities without success until this morning,30th of May, our alarm system is out of action and they are telling us that they will not be able to attend until next week. They are now trying to do it over the phone,so far without success. Now they are saying that they will try and get to us tomorrow. We are not happy with the company, we were taken over by them some time back, when I realised we had not had any check ups for over a year, they used to be every six months, I contacted them to see why, I was told that they only did check ups if we asked for them, this was the first we knew of this. My husband seems to think it is the the same company but it has been restructured. It would seem that we are paying out every month and getting nothing back for our money.
