Complaint about Wren Kitchens

My experience with Wren Kitchens has been nothing but stressful and is still ongoing. The showroom designer put incorrect sizes on my kitchen plan 3 times making my kitchen smaller. By luck I have employed my own installer who noticed this on each occasion. Had I chosen to use Wren to install my kitchen then this would have went unnoticed and I would have had a gap at the end of my units in my kitchen. When the kitchen was delivered, there were defects which I reported by phone and email, however unsurprisingly, my emails were not responded to so I had to phone them up again. New items were delivered (almost 2 weeks later) to replace the defected items, however, again defects were noticed on further items i.e. plinths for the side of my tower unit. As advised to Wren on each and every occasion that I phone and email, I have 2 young kids living with me and my 83 year frail mother, and this kitchen disaster is causing all sorts of stress. I received replacements for the further defected parts (again nearly 2 weeks later), however, on opening these in front of the delivery driver, AGAIN these were scratched and not fit for the purpose and these were sent back with the deliver driver after I had taken photos of the defects. Again I had to email photos and follow it up with a phone call to Wren as from experience emails dont get answered or are answered days later. My kitchen cannot be started until the bridging unit and tower unit is completely fitted with the plinths at either side of the tower unit as the rest of the kitchen needs to be fitted around this as this is the main part. It is costing me money each time to phone Wren, I have had to take time off work to wait on deliveries and to make phone calls. As a family we are trying to climb over boxes etc in our living space. Furthermore, I had employed an installer for a week to fit my kitchen but they have been unable to do this therefore I have had to pay wages out to the installer and I will require to pay further wages for when the replacement plinths arrive without defects in order that they can get my kitchen fitted. I was told the replacement plinths would be quality controlled before the were sent. what a joke!!!! I agree with other reviews, Wren do not care once you have paid your money. I paid cash for my kitchen. It is frustrating that you cannot talk to anyone face to face and that it has all to be done via emails and phone calls, which are costly as you are on the phone for at least 20 mins at a time, not to mention being put on hold until "I need to speak to my team leader". I am at my wits end with this. I wish I had not used Wren kitchens. Had I checked reviews beforehand I would certainly have not used them. The customer care is horrendous. I am now awaiting replacements of 2 plinths and I dread to think what state they will arrive in despite being told again that they will be quality controlled!! My kitchen got delivered on 25th April 2017 and it's still not fitted as at 30th May 2017 due to Wren's fault. Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. I will be making a full complaint at the end and seeking compensation for stress from the outset, cost of phone calls made, time off work and wages paid out to workmen. My order number is 26021274.

Furthermore, the latest response I received was a limited response with a 'couldnt care less' attitude. I will be leaving reviews on every website I possibly can to warn people not to use this so called 'dream kitchen' company. It has been no dream for me, it has been a nightmare! I wish you could actually speak to someone face to face rather than via telephone or email. Clever move Wren!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! HOW ARE THIS COMPANY STILL ALLOWED TO TRADE DESPITE HUNDREDS OF TERRIBLE REVIEWS!!! WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH WHO DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONCE THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN SIGNED!!! PEOPLE, READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU CONSIDERING BUYING FROM THIS MOB!!!
