Complaint about Virgin Media

I was told by in store staff that they are just passing my details to virgin for them to have a discussion with regards to broadband packages. I was informed that virgin will pay off my current sky contract package and will call me in 2 days. But I am really surprised that I got email saying my order was processed and installation date is June 13th. I did not get any call from them and when I contacted virgin they said they can not pay off my sky package instead they negotiated the price which I am not happy with. When I requested them to cancel my plan, the attitude of the virgin customer service was very rude... she said 'tell me what else' Currys instore staff badly misguided me and their and virgin customer service is appalling. Please don't misguide or Mis sell the product ... your reputation totally lost Venkat
