Unauthorised Debit card payment

Complaint about Currys PC World

Product Support AG is connected to Know How, a care plan sold by Currys. I bought my daughter a laptop for Christmas. I cancelled Know How care on 12th January. However, Product Support AG has continued to take £10.00 each month out of my bank account. Currys and Know How have both said they do not know who Product Support are. My bank has stopped all further transactions and reimbursed me my money. There are many similar complaints online. I would be very cautious of Currys/PC World and their offer of product support plans.
