Complaint about No Flame E-Cig
After completing an online survey I was offered a free gift and asked for card details to cover post and package costs. Later I was billed for the gift and consquently 3 times for refill cartomizers (£49.99) which I had not asked for. This month I have not even received any goods but was billed nevertheless.
