Complaint about Drive Dynamics

I booked 40 lessons originally for my twins. After these lessons were taken my kids booked their driving test at the end of June. However the existing driving instructor said he could not give them any further lessons because he had not been paid. I therefore booked a further 10 lessons with another instructor through Drive Dynamics. However after one month of waiting for a refund or a new driving instructor, I have not received either. One of my kids has had to cancel her test and both are now having lessons with another school. I am owed £250 which I can Ill afford. You are left hanging on for at least 30 minutes every time. They never call back on the txt message number that they give. I am terminally ill and really do not need this stress. I do not know what else to do.
