Complaint about DPD

I was due a delivery for item on the 23rd April 2017, DPD tracking stated it had been delivered and signed for. However at the time I was at work and as sole resident at my address no one else could have signed for this item. DPD left no card so I asked the neighbours and got no response. Anyway contacted the seller , who informed me DPD insist that it was delivered. Then on the 30th May 2017 had a visit from the driver who was due to deliver another parcel, the driver stated he left it on the porch which meant he had forged my signature . Anyway as the item required a signature DPD have not fulfilled the terms of their delivery contract. I am now out of pocket for a item that I have not received and as the tracking information states delivered due to a unethical driver not much luck with a refund. My advise stay away when using this company and don't purchase from companies that use DPD as a delivery courier as there's a chance you will not get your items, where drivers will forge signatures to say items have been delivered and then little can be done in terms of refunds.
