Complaint about Currys PC World

Hello, I bought a laptop with you on a 10 month payment plan, which ended in Sept or Oct. I was paying 50 gbp per month, and now my laptop is completely paid off. But I still get charged £8 every month for Product support AG, which was never agreed to. Never mentioned, and I even declined any sort of insurance or warranty. I would like these payments to STOP and a full refund for every payment I have made for that, otherwise me and my friend who are long time Currys customers will stop visiting permanently. This is a bit ridiculous, borderline scam. Email me if you require further details. Regards Ivan
