I have purchased 2x Tickets to see Take That at Sheffield on 29th May 2017 £220 .. I have also booked a Hotel £52.48.. Ticket Selection have sent 2 E/mails in the last 10 days saying my tickets are being dispatched and will be with me before the event. 3 days ago I started to contact them using there live chat and was assured the tickets were being dispatched and would soon be with me. Yesterday 27th after the last post I contacted the live chat and said there was still no tickets and I was told they would be with me in the next hour or so and be delivered by there select team(likely story). so after waiting all day and still no tickets I have tried four or five times today one day before the concert to contact them and they are now not even responding to my texts. I live Norwich and would need to leave early in the morning for the concert tomorrow night ... This company are a scam ... I did not want to believe it but they are ... P.C. Since writing my first review I have been contacted by E/Mail by Ticket-Selection And have been instructed to collect my tickets from one of there Reps at the arena (He was very friendly on the phone) so I will let you know the final outcome ... Hoping for a great show .. I met up with the courier at Sheffield Arena after he had got the tickets. When he gave me the tickets I noticed they were Standing tickets not the First 10 rows seated tickets I had orded and paid a lot extra for. I explained this to the courier who then said this is all he has so take it or leave it. I gave him a copy of the original invoice to give to ticket-selection to prove my original purchase. I did see the courier and another person buying and selling tickets to the public while we were queing for the event. I am over 60 and my wife is only 4' 10" tall so these tickets ruined our enjoyment, My wife could not see and I had to keep sitting on the concrete floor as I could not keep standing for over three hours. I have sent Ticket-Selection an E/mail explaining my unhappy position. After speaking on their live chat I been offered no refund or compensation for their errors.... Very Unhappy ...Order no #26095
