Complaint about SportsDirect Fitness

I took out a membership for one year with the group in Huntingdon Sports Direct and had issues establishing membership from the start. It was taken on for a year with Sox month,rolling contract after initial six months and have been trying to cancel since February. 01.06.2017 I went to the gym to attempt to hand in paperwork again and as a result was told they would not accept it on the system. I had to pay a further three months when it was agreed at outset my notice would be the six months after the initial period was over. No one replies from their site and all calls canceled as "too busy" even the staff are scared to call them a d sort out in case they lose their jobs. I have had to cancel direct Debit and email them telling me that they have this months payment to deal with me and conclude or if nothing heard in five working days consider contract concluded. I entered “The term in the contract that’s preventing me from cancelling is an “unfair term” under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It should be removed from the contract, allowing me to cancel my membership" from Consumer rights group as have been complaining if bad equipment poor conditions a d some times no showers working for a week.
