Need refund for baggage charge paid twice

Complaint about Bravofly

When booking my flight from Greece through Bravofly, I also paid for the luggage charge. When I checked in for the flight, I was informed that I needed to pay for my luggage. Bravofly did show that the baggage was already paid. I have contacted Bravofly and am continually being given excuse after excuse as to why they cannot refund me at this time. Usually they state they need one receipt after another despite them acknowledging the mistake. Additionally, I have sent them the first credit card charge followed by the additional charge made by the airline. Still no refund. It has been over a month since I first paid and still no resolution. My wife and I are now placing bad reviews on the internet and infomring our friends, family and colleagues. I am planning on contacting my credit card company since I feel I have given Bravofly ample time to resolve this problem. We travel frequently & will never use this company again. We consider it a scam company.
