Complaint about Green Star Energy

They have not replied to my e-mails in months regarding a wrong interpretation of a reading (mixed day rate with night rate) and when i try to call them and select an option the whole thing just 'hangs up'. It's ridiculous. Can't get through to them and work out anything.
