Complaint about Goldcar

The hire car was paid for in advance. At the collection desk my credit card details were taken and I was told to sign two documents and clearly told that this was just surety and no monies would be charged against my card. On my return home I find that a total of £74.98 has been charged to my credit card. At no point did I ask for any extra cover or was told about this charge. I would not have required it as full protection had been taken out via the agent, Rentalcars, through whom we had arranged the car hire. The contract number with Goldcar is 10968212
