Very poor customer service

Complaint about A Shade Greener

A shade greener should of dealt with a leasehold issue 10 months ago but haven't and now I have been billed for £480 because of this. When having the solar panels fitted I was informed a shade greener would deal with all the legal issues, they clearly haven't !!! I did manage to speak to a solicitor last year who was dealing with it, she has since left and now my emails and voicemails and not being returned.
