Complaint about Lovely Flora World
I ordered flowers on Tuesday to be delivered Friday 2nd of June. I received a confirmation email and they took the money out of my bank. Friday came and my friend never received her birthday flowers! Absolutely disgusting service. I have asked for a full refund via their email service, I'm not hopeful! Poor service, I wish I had fully read reviews before wasting my time and energy! I am not going to chase for my money back. Any help gratefully received.
