falsely/misleading advertised product cover

Complaint about Currys PC World

We recently went to curry's PC world a couple of weeks ago to purchase a tablet, we didn't want any product cover but this lad kept insisting that if we do get cover we will save £10 and we can cancel the cover at any time by direct debit. I kept my eye on our bank account to see if anything has been taken out or a direct debit has been set up so we can cancel it. On the 1st June 2017 £4 was taking out of our account by product support AG on researching to see who they were I realised it was curry's PC world product cover. I went to see if I could cancel the direct debit but I can not, therefore it was falsely sold to us by one of curry's PC world's staff and also misleading. I would like a refund of £4 and for curry's PC world to cancel product support AG as I wish to not have this misleading cover. This has put me off ever buying products from curry's PC world as I would not like to be in this predicament again through curry's PC world's lying staff. I hope to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.
