Complaint about Wren Kitchens

I purchased my kitchen and appliances from Wren Kitchen which was delivered on 10 May 2017. Whilst fitting the kitchen we realised that the fridge was not the size of the tower unit designed by Wren Kitchen. We can't open the fridge door when placed in the kitchen tower unit. We ordered both the fridge and freezer from Wren Kitchen showroom and the fridge is not the one showed to us in the showroom. I have contacted Wren Kitchen but they take messages but will not return my calls. According to the Solihull branch, the ordered has been delivered they can't do anything. Whenever I ask for the manager he is always in a meeting.
