Final bill letters

Complaint about Vodafone

Cancelled phone account & paid in full to close account in October 2015. I keep receiving letters & emails every month saying an outstanding of balance of varying amounts each is due. I have called vodafone twice, they say to say ignore these letters as there is no longer an account in my name, but still they continue to send letters & emails. I have saved the letters. The letters come from Neil Blagden (Customer Service Director) please can you advise if these letters are scams? Many thanks
