Complaint about Wren Kitchens

I ordered a new kitchen including top of range sink. I took the salesman and pointed out which one I wanted. None of the sinks in the showroom had a name on them. On opening the sink it was the wrong one. I telephoned and was told mine was discontinued. Noone bothered to tell me or offer another choice, just sent an inferior sink and charged the same price. After endless non returned calls, emails sent to wrong address I am now told I should have checked the order! How can you check something with no name? Under the consumer act, it has to be what I pointed out on display. Stop trying to get out of a very obvious ordering mistake by your sales team and covering it up with saying it was discontinued so must be my fault. Disgraceful customer service all round.
