No refunds from Jaeger for items returned two months ago

Complaint about Jaeger

I have returned items worth almost 400 £ two months ago back to Jaeger.The items were delivered to their warehouse on the 11 the of April(tracked).Since then I have send several emails and called Jaeger numerous times,only to be told that the team is working to sort out the backlog(my parcel was delivered on the second day of the backlog,so it should be sorted out in two months time!) I did not receive any response to my emails.How can I get my money back?
