We booked a holiday with 321 travel over the phone and was told it was definitely direct flights to Tenerife from London gatwick we were end given the flight timings . The next morning we received a call from the processing department an extremely rude female member of staff who confirmed that there was a problem With the flights we had booked and offered us to go from Luton or have a seven hour stop over in Barcelona also wanted to charge an extra £30 pp to go from Luton we did not want this option as we have friends near gatwick so decided to not book anything . She told us we were being unreasonable as Luton is only 8 miles further on I do not think she knew the geography of London too well but that was beside the point it was the rudeness in her voice . We told her again we would leave it as nothing was booked for us and she could not get the flights we were originally told about she then said that was not an option and would charge our card £100 cancellation fee when no other money had been taken at all . I called back and spoke to the so called manager but again had very little confidence in him he said he would refund us but this was over two weeks ago they have not responded to any of my emails or messages and we have recieve no refund . I have since read many complaints along the same line about this company and the same name of the female member of staff has been mentioned numerous times and I believe they are well known for this by the travel trade association .

This has already been processed for refund and I assume you know this (and timescales involved) as I can see an email conversation where you have replied in acknowledgement. Thanks.

We still have not recieved a refund for the £100 which was taken from our card when no holiday was even booked . After several emails and calls I was sent a confirmation to advise an emergency refund would be issued on 22 June this never happened again it was overlooked according to Earnest Bradshaw and we have been told will be issued this weds . How can you only issue refunds once a week ? !!
