Complaint about ArrowXL

I purchased a fridge freezer from Very around 3 weeks ago. I paid extra to have my old one collected. When arrowxl drivers delivered my new item they refused to take my old one due to it having minor frost build up in the freezer. That is fair enough, they left me a arrowxl card and asked me to ring the customer services number when it had defrosted. I rang the number various times over the days after and was on hold for 30 minutes on all occasions. Due to being busy with work etc I had to leave the calls. I found the email address online and emailed your customer services to arranged to have this collected. The first reply I got back was that they knew nothing about it, I emailed again and asked them to look into it further and was then told yes they have found that they should have collected it. I was offered dates of the 25th, 26th and 27th of May for collection. The fridge freezer is in my garden and is causing an eye sore. I told them this and asked why I needed a date when it was sitting there to collect. I then heard nothing and have had to email again and again. I have spoken to Francesca, Stephanie and Bradley and have been passed from pillar to post and still haven't had the item collected or even got a date. This is an absolute joke and needs sorting asap. In total I have over 18 emails back and forth and are currently in the same situation as when we started. I have access to a van and have threatened to bring it to your offices in Wigan and leave it there. I know this is drastic but I am fuming with the way I have been treated and am flabbergasted why this can't just be collected when your company has been paid for this already.
