Complaint about National Holidays

I phoned up national holidays about 2 1/2 month ago to enquire about the robbie williams concert, I was advised at the time to book it as there was only limited seats left on the bus, I asked should I not wait till nearer the time to get the 10% discount or even if they were to be reduced which I know sometimes they are in the sale, I was told no you are best of booking now, 8 weeks on and a week before we go I see it has been reduced to £99, this is nearly half price, I can understand if it was just 10 or 20% but this is ridiculous so I phoned to talk about it and was spoken to quite abruptly that this is just the case. Myself my friends and family always use national holidays but as a loyal.customer I am really upset over this situation and will look into using another company in the future. Regards
