The Worst Customer Service experience

Complaint about DPD

On the 14th May 2017 I received one of the worst customer service experience from a DPD employee at the Enfield Depot. I raised a complaint with the 'Make it Right team' on the 14th and the 16th May 2017. Nearly a month later absolutely no one has acknowledged my complaint or offered a resolution. I have made numerous phone calls and emails but unfortunately no one has taken ownership of the complaint. This is totally unacceptable as it goes against everything DPD portray to stand by in their mission statement and values. I would not recommend using this organisation as they are totally unprofessional and demonstrate that they don't care about their customers I would never ever use this organisation again and i will make it my absolute mission to ensure everyone learns of my terrible experience to deture them from using this organisation.
