Completely misled!

Complaint about EHIC Direct

I wanted to apply for the free European health insurance card for my baby daughter who is nearly 2. I already have my own card which I only just renewed last year but they had the cheek to charge me for mine too. How is that a checking service if they haven't checked that out??? their website address is so misleading, I believed it was the official government website. The application form is at the top of the page so by the time you be completed all the details and ticked a box, do you realize you have been hoodwinked. Totally unfair and have tried to telephone repeatedly for a refund but cannot get through!

As above, your cancellation form on your website does not work , it says due to technical difficulties! Your 0303 number directs you to an 0845 number which is chargable on mobiles and rings out for ages costing a small fortune and never getting through. We have sent an email complaint to your support email, you have our details, please just refund us.
