Very poor broadband even after numerous calls to customer service

Complaint about TalkTalk

Hi, I am on Talktalk's faster broadband package where my broadband speeds are supposed to be between 12-16Mbps and I have been testing my speeds using two different apps, and I am getting 3-4Mbps upload and 0.3-0.5Mbps upload speeds. I have evidence of this but Talktalk refuses to do anything about it and will not terminate my contract. I am sick of trying different procedures and wasting my time trying different things when nothing works, and they are telling me I am getting the 12-16Mbps as they can test it from their end. It's rubbish and I can't even watch Tv or a movie as it keeps buffering and stopping then reloading time and time again. It's got me that down I now refuse to call them because after waiting up to half hour for them to answer my call, then I get thrown from pillar to post and end up repeating myself over and over again only to be told to give it a few days to see if the changers they have made have worked!! It is just so annoying because I know nothing will change, and they refuse to let me move to another provider without paying them for the rest of my contract. I'm stuck can you please help? Thanks
