Complaint about Harveys Furniture

Delivery driver swore at me over the fone .i decided at the same time getting my money back .went to the branch which is paisley retail park and spoken to the manager called NEIL was not even listening to me about refund never apologised and nor offered a seat and he said he is not able to refund my money until he finds out what happened from the delivery driver .he told me he will ring me in two days time .then he rung me and said driver saying you swore at him thats why he cannot refund my money .he will refund only 80% of it because its not their fault .i think this is the worst customer service ever exists in this world .he told me to speak to customer service team because he said he is not enjoying the conversation. So on their website it says the stay open from 8 to 8pm . I was working so i rung at 6.15 and they were closed .disgusting again .my order number is 457007263. And that driver name is Angus
