Took the initial charge when they agreed to refund it

Complaint about Hampton Rae

Hampton Rae agreed that they won't charge me and initial fees, have got in writing. But took £498 and never got me compensation of more than 5000 as they agreed. Every time I phone they said it's in process but for 3 years it's a lot of time and are still not refunding the initial fee they took.
