REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION AND NO RESPONSE

Complaint about EHIC Direct

I applied through for a EHIC card through your website 4 days ago and have realised through checking that there was no need whatsoever for me to pay the fee of 34.50 for this service or for the cloud service and wish to cancel. I have tried repeatedly to use the online cancellation form and it says my application is not recognised. I have also spent far too long on the phone on your help[line number and never get to speak to anyone. I request a full refund as I do not want to proceed with this application. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately or will seek legal action.

I have had to cancel my credit card and request a refund through my credit card company as I still was unable to get an answer from the helpline. As with a lot of these services, it is incredibly easy to sign up and pay money, but impossible to to get a refund. My advice is to stay well clear.
