Automatically renewing and ignoring cancellation

Complaint about Gourmet Society

Although appears a good product, on reflection the automatic renewal process takes payment even after cancellation. It seems their system conveniently keeps renewing in the background. I ended up with 2 subscriptions automatically renewing! When challenged they play dumb, but continue to take the money---smacks of fraud and a con. It's a shame, but overalI I would say not worth dealing with The Gourmet Society because of their payment system, not because of the product!
