Poor Customer and Installation Service

Complaint about Wren Kitchens

My wife and I paid for our new kitchen with all excitements and with a promised that the kitchen will be fully installed within two weeks. We are in the fourth week now, with no clear indication of when it is likely to finish. The whole installation has been marred by a series of damaged products, the fitter not keeping to his word, doing two or three jobs at the same time. Please, we need to have our house back. We would have been better off not to even change the kitchen in the first instance, or better still, seek for a competitor that will value their customer and a company that understand the ethos of their business.

This is over a week now and no any contact made with respect to the poor customer service and uncompleted installation after six weeks.
