Complaint about Drive Dynamics

I am an Approved Driving Instructor who signed a Franchise Agreement with Drive Dynamics whose trading name is Dynamic Franchises LTD. The Agreement is that I would take on students within my designated area. Most of the students that were allocated to myself had bought package deals through Drive Dynamics. Where this is the case the full amount that the Student would have paid is the supposed to be paid to me once I claim the student via the Drive Dynamics website. To date Drive Dynamics owe me over £6000. I have been working but have not been getting paid which has had a knock on effect on my finances because I am in overdraft and debt. I have bills to pay. I have sent endless emails and spent ountless hours on the phone to the Instructor Care Manager and every arrangement or promise made is never fulfilled. I sent a formal letter to Drive Dynamics on the 16th of March 2017 and we are approaching the 3rd Month now and the stress caused by this situation is unbearable. I am in a situation where by I do not have very many options open to me because this company has put me in debt. Signing up to this company has really put my finances in a bad way!
