Complaint about Currys PC World

I bought a laptop from curry's/ PC world in the trafford centre a few months ago and have been charged £6 for 2 months straight without knowledge i was put on this. I would like a refund of this £12 as i did not want to be put on this product support and stated no when asked in store.
